- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Normally I do not give negative reviews. I was always taught if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. However, I must say the ONLY good thing about that place are the employees WHO HELP inside the building. The postmaster is horrible. I've called several times with promises of a call back and have yet to receive one, even after making several calls. They always point the finger at someone else vs taking responsibility for their actions. If it weren't for the individuals that service people, I wouldn't bother with the Smyrna post office.By Alyssa Cowan, June 04, 2017
